Supply and installation of an alarm system for the physical protection service of the ITU. Radioactive substances are handled in ITU buildings. Therefore it is necessary to monitor the buildings. The physical protection service of the ITU has an existing alarm system which is connected to, and monitors, the detection systems on fences, security systems in outdoor areas and security and alarm systems in several buildings. The aim of the surveillance is to detect unauthorised opening of windows, doors and gates. For this purpose, openings and/or possible means of entry and exit (windows, doors and gates) are monitored for people entering and/or leaving. Upon activation of the surveillance installations, these alarms are relayed to the physical protection centre.
